Hepatitis B Treatment

Healthy Liver

For the last decade or so Hepatitis B became one of the most feared diseases. Science may list few reasons for this disease. But it is the result of unhealthy food habits human civilization has exposed for the last 2 or 3 decades. Modern culture foods - Soft drinks, excess Oily foods, Fast foods, Chocolates, Ice creams (even in winter), excess Non-Veg foods, too many Beverages, Alcohol, excess Sweets, Untimely foods, chemically treated Foods (especially fruits), Pesticides, Stress etc have weakened our Liver.

The burden on Liver further increased with the toxicity of so many Allopathy medicines like Pain killers & Sleeping pills, Antibiotics, Hypertension, Asthma, Diabetes medicines, etc. They further reduced efficiency of Liver as it was involved more on detoxifying process. Then few trigger factors made it vulnerable to Hepatitis B.

The first case I (Dr Eswar Reddy)treated was way back in 2000;

Patient – male, Age 41,

dosha – pitta (excess heat in the body, hyperactive, critic nature)

unhealthy habits – smoking, excess non veg,  excess alcohol

plays tennis 5 days in a week

appetite – decreased, weight loss noted

patient’s brother in law is a gastroenterologist at Hyderabad, and told the patient it can’t be cured in allopathy and go for Ayurveda, so he wanted me to treat.

Patient was already my student for YOGA NIDHRA and knows pranayama and visualization techniques of Bihar School of Yoga. As I had not taken any HBV +ve case earlier I referred to other doctor in Hyderabad, but he insisted me to treat with full of confidence upon my sincerity, so no escape to me. I discussed the case with my alternative system doctor friends and the treatment was as follows;

Ayurveda

Bhumi Amla,( Phyllanthus niruri) swaras (juice) – 15 – 20 ml td with buttermilk – this is the main drug.

Arogyavardhini vati (Baidhyanath)– 1 tab td after food

Homeopathy;

Carduus marianus Q and Chelidonium Q – each 15 – 20 drops with 20 – 30 ml of water 20-30 minutes before food 2 or 3 times.

Supplements;

Becosules (B complex vitamin tab 1 bd)

Food; To take easily digestable simple food. Avoid oily, spicy, non veg, roasted, roots, preserved foods

Music therapy – he was advised to listen whatever motivating and positively inspiring (including romantic songs) songs.

Pranayama – Simple Nadisodhana with visualisation techniques – even for few minutes as many times as possible – no inner/ outer retension

YOGA NIDHRA – used to listen audio tapes of my classes.

Meditation – 15 to 30 minutes each session, daily 2 sessions.

Prayer – Pray for not only your recovery, but also for other Hepatitis B patients known to you, unknown to you.

Within 50 days his reports showed HBV –ve, to be frank for few seconds I didn’t believe. Patient was very happy. During 2000 it was very difficult to treat HBV +ve cases.

I think along with medicines his faith upon the Integrative medical treatment, near & dear morale support and positive attitude played major role.

In the past 12 years lot more medicines (alternative systems) are available and the treatment is a bit easy, and my other doctor friend too treating with Integrative approach and getting very good results.

Morale & Spiritual things(left to your choice);

When we suffer from one problem/ disease it is morale to aspire - let others (even enimies) not suffer from such situations, so you can spare 1 or 2 minutes to pray for the recovery of Hepatitis B patients (of your friends/ relatives, then local, then National & International patients).

Your body developed from one single cell into trillions of cells doing unimaginable activities of different varieties every second. There is a unified intelligence co operating, co ordinating and harmonizing innumerable internal activities (without your instructions). First recognise that Intelligence, its spectacular work, appreciate and thankful to its help, love it so that you progress in health & spirituality.

While taking food, medicines say thanks to the farmers & mother Nature (they are our food doners) and all the persons and things invoved in the process. You can be thankful even to material things we use in our daily life (as they too have consciousness), it costs nothing except few minutes. See the metamorphic changes in you.
